Shipping
In case you ordered a parcel to the wrong address, please monitor the provided tracking information closely. Contact the carrier as soon as possible to check if redirection is available. Additionally, reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
Orders placed before 23:30 will be shipped the same day. Fast like we are furious. For an overview of estimated delivery times, see the diagrams on our shipping page. Once you’ve placed an order, more accurate delivery information will be communicated at the checkout.
Order process
Yes, outside EU shipping zones (with exception of the United Kingdom) VAT will be deducted automatically.
An exchanged item usually gets back to us in roughly the same amount of days as it is delivered. Processing the exchange usually takes 1-5 calendar days, after which the new product will be sent to you. Once the parcel passes on to the delivery company, ETQ can’t account for any delays in the delivery. You will receive conformation with corresponding tracking info.
Yes, the exact amount depends on the country and ordered goods. For more information you can contact your local customs office. Please note that ETQ does not determine the taxes and import charges.
We accept iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Bankcontact/Mister Cash. For orders originating from The Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland we also accept Klarna.
1) Place the product(s) you want to purchase in the basket;
2) Proceed to the check-out to complete your purchase;
3) Once at the check-out page, fill in all the required information;
4) Choose a payment method;
5) Confirm your purchase by completing the payment in the payment service provider portal, after which a confirmation e-mail will follow.
You can check on your order anytime. To do so, you can access your order info through your confirmation e-mail.
Additionally, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
If an item you purchased goes on sale or is discounted shortly after your purchase, you can contact our customer service team to receive the price difference as a voucher code with no expiration date. This offer is available if your order is still within the return period and the product is still in stock.
Delivery
Returns or exchanges can be submitted through our return portal by filling in your email address or postal code and order number. Check out further information and potential costs here.
Due to our automated warehouse system, once your order has been confirmed, no changes can be made to the order or shipping address. We recommend double-checking all details before finalizing your purchase.
