Shop with confidence—no import duties on your order. Our menswear ships from the UK via Royal Mail, with free shipping on orders over £150 and delivery in 1-2 days if placed before 6:00 PM. Some footwear may ship from the Netherlands with FedEx, which may take a bit longer, while select styles are ready to go from our UK warehouse.

Returns & exchanges
Our return policy
- All UK customers can easily send their returns to our local UK warehouse for a seamless experience.
- All orders between November 1st, and December 25th can be returned or exchanged until January 1st, or within 14 days of the delivery date, whichever is later. To make holiday shopping easier.
- Doesn't fit? Exchange your product for the right size free via our return portal.
- Orders outside of this period have to comply with our regular 14-day return window.
- Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and packaging material must still be present and in good condition.
- By returning a product, you acknowledge that refunds (either partial or complete) may be refused if the returned item does not meet our specified terms and conditions.
- All the returns or exchanges can be made through our online return portal.

FOR ALL NON-EU RETURNS(except UK Returns): Please add 3 times the invoice on the outside of your parcel in a document slide. Please ask service@etq-amsterdam.com to provide you with these documents. Without the invoice, your parcel will NOT clear customs.
- All returns within the UK can be sent to our UK warehouse. Through the return portal, you will receive a return label directed to that warehouse.

We've always been fascinated by packaging. We designed it with efficiency and with the environment in mind. The modular packaging consists of long-lasting items created with recycled materials, while the shipping box is repurposed to serve as a shoebox as well.

While traditional sneakers are meant for sports, ETQ footwear is made for the city. That is why we use a solid and heavy cupped sole made from reinforced rubber to last in all conditions. Fit so smooth that you’ll want to keep them on. And you can.

How to measure
Let’s find your perfect fit. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall and put your feet (with socks) on it, heels against the wall. Make sure you lean on your feet with full power when measuring. Now you simply draw a line at the end of the biggest foot. Measure the distance with a ruler and find the size that matches it: see size table. Are you in between sizes? In that case, we suggest taking the bigger size.
