Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Insurance
ETQ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by ETQ Amsterdam.
VAT discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Our return policy
You can submit a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The return fee and exchange fee depend on your country and are shown in the table below.
- Use our return portal to submit your return or exchange.
- Need a different size? You can request an exchange through our return portal.
- Items must be clean, unworn and returned with all tags and packaging in good condition.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned or exchanged if the seal is still intact.
- If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the refund in full or in part.
- We recommend using our return portal. If you choose your own carrier, we are not liable for loss in transit and processing may take longer.
- If you use your own carrier, those return costs will not be reimbursed.
- For returns with multiple items, a €2.00 handling fee applies for each extra item from the second item onward.
- If there is a price difference due to an ongoing promotion, this can be compensated with a voucher.

This is now my third pair of ETQ shoes. They're very comfortable and high-quality shoes.
Indeed smooth and seem to be a bit more water resistant. Would recommend trying a bit size up for broader feet.
A beautiful, top-quality sneaker
I chose these because of the high-quality calfskin and the beautiful finish (hopefully they’ll be easy to keep clean, too). With my previous sneakers from another Amsterdam brand, the sole would always break after 6 months. If this sole holds up, I’ll definitely order a pair in a different color soon!

These were my first ETQ purchase and I’m now onto purchasing my 3rd pair in a week - that’s says it all. Top quality, Top styling and Top Service!
One of the most painful experiences I have had with any company. Shoes took 15 days to arrive and clear customs- box arrived mangled and with gaping holes. Shoes didn't fit near true to size. Charged a surprise customs charge in the middle of the return process. The returns 3rd party they use didn't even send the correct customs documents when I attempted to return. At this point I'm out about $300 on shoes I can't wear and can't return due to company not responding to these issues.

Premium materials but Tight fit
Shoes are premium, all leather, either lining is great. But, pretty tight fit, hope it will wear to normal. My other ETQ’s are same size but fit better to size.
Feels soft and great
The only thing I would comment on is the size. It feels a bit more tight on the feet than the other models I have worn. Quality is excellent.
Awesome kicks
Love the look and feel of the sneakers. Its minimalist look is exceptional, the fit is good, and it is quite comfortable. The only request is for improved customer engagement regarding returns and replacements, particularly for international customers.
Build quality
The build quality of your shoes is impressive. Please please please can you do the LT01 court in suede in off white? I have been asking for this for over a year? You do a whole range of suede in various colours so why not the off white? I only ever managed to buy 1 pair as they have never again been in stock, i thought your ethos was to do simple things well, but it seems you have increased the range to un needed options? Bring back the LT01 court suede in off white its and asthetic clean classic!!!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the product.However I was somewhat underwhelmed as they didn’t exactly stand out as a quality/ luxury trainer. Certainly wouldn’t have paid full price. I usually buy Android Homme and have to say for style and comfort they are leagues ahead! Nice touch with the bag they come in , but not enough to tempt me to buy another pair.
